  1. FView is a program I originally made to be used as a file viewer to be called
  2. from within other programs (specifically Shez). As such, the filename to be
  3. viewed must be specified on the command line. It's a very small and simple
  4. file viewer program I thought some might be interested in.

  6. Technical note:
  7. The program doesn't use much memory because it doesn't actually load in the 
  8. file. What it does is set up pointers to the locations of the lines within the 
  9. file and keeps THESE in memory. Short of scanning through the file twice, 
  10. there is no way to determine how many lines are in the file, so the program is
  11. limited to 10,000 lines (should be adequate).
